Admissions and other enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we save your name, email, optional telephone, enquiry type, school interest, message and contact consent time. Authorized academy administrators can review the request and record its follow-up stage. This does not subscribe you to marketing updates or submit a formal admission application. Enquiry messages and contact details are not included in AI business advice. Please do not include identity documents, passwords, financial details or case evidence.

1. Data We Collect

When you use the Sadcat Academy platform, we store the information you provide, such as your name, email address, saved notes and learning progress. Account, enrollment, payment, assessment and certificate records are stored in our Supabase database. Your theme and some interface preferences are stored in your browser.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to deliver the learning experience: to track progress, award XP and credentials, show relevant courses, and keep your account synchronized. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Optional Analytics and Updates

If you allow analytics, we record public page paths and campaign source codes using a random session cookie that expires after 30 minutes. These events exclude account, payment and admin pages and do not include IP addresses or email addresses. Hosting services may maintain their own operational logs. We remember your analytics choice in your browser; change it using Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining stops future collection and clears the session cookie. Clearing browser storage does not delete account records held in the database.

If you request academy updates, we store your email and the time of your consent. These requests are not confirmed newsletter subscriptions. Address confirmation and email delivery are not active yet. Use the contact form to withdraw a request.

Admissions applications

Application drafts are saved privately in your account. When you submit, the admissions team receives your name, account email, optional telephone, education and experience, motivation and consent record. We retain the programme details you applied under and a history of submissions and review responses. Draft changes stay private until resubmitted. Responses are shown in your account; no application email notifications are sent yet. Application answers and review messages are not included in AI insights. Withdrawal closes the application and retains its history; it is not a deletion request.

AI Assistance

When enabled and you submit a question, the selected AI provider receives that question and relevant published course information or lesson text you are authorized to access. The interface identifies the configured provider. Avoid submitting personal or confidential information. We record request status and token usage, but do not save learner questions and answers in the AI request log. Admin insights are saved with aggregate business metrics and exclude lead email addresses and individual payment details. Provider processing and retention terms vary; AI output may be inaccurate and does not determine grades, credentials or payments.

4. Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties except where required to operate the service (for example, hosting and analytics providers) or where required by law.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time through the contact form. Clearing your browser only removes local preferences; database records require an account data request.
